The Blueprint Checklist
Eight stages, one structure. A venture does not advance until its current stage is
checked and signed. The five rights govern every stage:
Right problemRight buildersRight ventureRight operating systemRight capital partner
01
Survey the ground
The societal problem is mapped with community data and fund partners
The inequality it rests on is named: place, structure, cost
This is a right problem, not merely a visible one
02
Find the one percent
Local builders identified, women-led and youth-led ventures deliberately sought
Conviction tested: they can walk a long journey
Sponsor residents named and committed
03
Architect the vision
The idea has passed all six bricks of the BRICKS Canvas
Problem statement, value proposition and keystone are written and defensible
Logged in the Idea Studio ledger
04
Measure the market
Quantity survey complete, with maths shown
Segments defined; spend-today evidence gathered
Size of prize: total, serviceable and winnable numbers agreed
05
Build brick by brick
First brick shipped; 90-day proof of life met
Cashflow now: the venture earns from month one
Group trades engaged: demand, attention, skills, AI, logistics, narrative
06
Raise the roof
Reinforcing loop running and measured
Top risks named, safeguards standing
Ownership model written: who owns what as it scales
07
Engineer the growth path
Governance, metrics and data room funding-ready
The story is true, tight and told the same way everywhere
Growth model stress-tested against the winnable prize
08
Lay the cornerstone
Right capital partner matched: values, patience, cheque size
Founders remain asset owners after the deal
The structure stands without us
